In 2016 a team lead by director Carlos Boellinger contacted me with an invitation to be a part of their entry for JJ Abram's Star Wars fan-fic contest. I accepted, and helped them out on a few shots. Here's a breakdown for the parts I worked on, which includes a TIE seen landing through a pair of digital binoculars, a crash site that features my Outrider star freighter model, and two different versions of a building (past and present). I did all the modeling, texturing, lighting, compositing, as well as the animation in the binocular view shot.


I also lent the team a copy of my Outrider model, which Daniel Broadway animated for several other shots in the film. You can see the final fan-fic film here:
